Hi everyone! I’m happy to share that team sharing on projects is now available to all paid customers!

Hey @Emily_Roman - We’re not looking to have the template be shared or accessible across teams, but rather hoping to grant a team access to a project that has been created from the template through the “Project Members” section of the template.
In the new team sharing functionality, there is not a way to grant a team access to a project through automation. It’s all manual and what we are hoping to solve for here. Thank you!

@Claire_Franklin the only way i found to solve our problem is to create a webhook that triggers when a project is created, and then use the post membership api method to add the team memberships that I want: Create a membership
@Claire_Franklin - I understand and completely agree. Discussed this just yesterday with a client who will have many, many projects created frequently and was hoping to be able to automatically share each project with a specific team rather than adding them manually every time.
I’m stoked about the new team sharing, and I’m guessing doing the same within templates will be the next natural step. I hope they enable this soon!
