New! Admins can now download AI Studio usage to CSV

Hi Asana Community,

I’m excited to announce Admins can now download a comprehensive CSV of historical AI Studio usage directly from the Admin Console, with data backfilled to January 2025 for better trend analysis and forecasting.

The following information is included in the CSV:

  1. RuleID
  2. Rule name
  3. Rule owner email address
  4. Run date/time
  5. Model name
  6. Credits used
  7. Credit source (basic or paid)
  8. Project name

Please note the CSV is delivered via email.

FAQ

  • Who has access to this feature? Domain admins, billing owners, and super admins on paid plans with AI Studio access can download the CSV export.

  • How far back does the historical data go? The data is backfilled to January 2025, giving you several months of historical usage to analyze.

  • How do I access the export? Navigate to the Admin Console’s AI Studio usage page and look for the export option. The CSV will be delivered to your email address.
