I have My Tasks sorted by Start Date, however, many are falling out of order. What’s the reason for this and how do I fix it? [image] This is falling under “Next 7 Days”, but shouldn’t it be under today since it starts today? [image] These are falling under “Next 30 Days” but both have start dates from one week ago. [image] I don’t understand why it’s sorted by Start Date but yet it isn’t really doing that. Sorting by Due Date doesn’t make a difference, other than push them further down the list.

To clarify, when I say there’s an issue, I mean there is a current limitation for tasks without a start date (as you’ve discovered). That’s covered in that second thread I linked above (consider voting for it). The other thread has some possible workarounds you could try (e.g., using rules to move between sections).

@Stephanie0301 - it looks like you’re grouping by something (probably due date?), which is giving you those headers. Oh wait… you’re right… I do want things grouped, instead of one long list. However, if I sort and group by Start Date then it puts everything without a Start Date into one huge section. If I sort and group by Due Date, then it doesn’t factor in Start Dates. I guess my real question is… how do I sort by Start Date (Due Date if no start date) and get it to group into Sections? I had several rules setup but they do not seem to consistently work and move tasks between sections (especially when dates are changed. Maybe since there’s an issue that’s why I cannot get it to sort properly… :frowning:
