My sidebar is missing projects section (but we still have access to projects)

Hello,

Me and my team have been facing an issue with Asana today. The ‘Projects‘ section on side panel is missing along with all the projects. All of us are still part of projects but we need to search them on the search bar.

We have tried refreshing the site and everyone seems to have the same result. I am attaching the screen shots for review. Kindly help me sort this out.

I have also tried accessing the workspace using incognito mode, but it’s still the same.

Having the exact same problem here, except I also cannot create new projects. It keeps telling me I have to be a member of a team. Never had that issue before. This is maddening!

I just noticed that if I star a project, it shows up in the sidebar under Starred, but the main list of projects is gone and, of course, the big one is not being able to create new projects.

Did Asana Support ever get back to you to resolve this issue? I reached out, but am hearing nothing but crickets.

I’m having this issue also! Only six projects are showing in the sidebar and I have at least 10. I can see them elsewhere in the app, but not the sidebar. I however, can still create new project!

I just checked and I also can’t create any new project. It doesn’t give me an option to create one.

Yeah I have also recommended my team to starr the projects just to have an easy access.

They did approached me, we had some emails, and now after 19th Nov, no response.

The help centre just shows a mark labelling that my request has been ‘escalated‘.

I hope it gets resolve soon.

Can we get a resolution on this?

Are any of you engaged with Support with active tickets? What are they saying?

@MMirza , sorry to hear that you are still waiting for the resolution of your ticket. I have now escalated the matter internally, to make sure the ticket reaches a speedy resolution. I have also referenced that other users are affected by this problem, to bring attention to all the cases.

Yes, I did submitted my ticket a few days back, and it shows a mark labelling ‘escalated‘.

Having the exact same issue as listed from MMirza. Working on submitting a ticket.

TEMPORARY WORKAROUND

I also had this issue in a client’s space, but this link should work for everyone, until this issue is fixed:
