Microsoft Teams Asana form Link not working for certain team members.

I am having an issue with an Asana form when linked to Microsoft teams on mobile.

I have a team out in the field that submits to the form, but certain team members are now receiving an error when trying to access the link.

The only workaround that we have found is opening it in the phones browser, but this can be an issue as progress would be discarded if they were to leave the form or get a phone call while submitting the form.

All of the other discussions about this subject have not provided answers.
