Make Friday reminder to update project status more discoverable

Hi @Daniel_Kreiss, thanks for reaching out! If you are the project owner, when you select “Update Status” in the Overview tab, you should see the toggle at the top of the status update composer. [Screenshot 2021-01-19 at 15.00.27] I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions

I feel based on experienced users not noticing this, and general UX principles, that this switch does not belong with the page to create a particular status update and should be moved to the right Update sidebar of the Overview page where it would be more expected. @Emily_Roman, maybe move this to #productfeedback so it can be voted on?
