🐞 Make Bundle section order leading for project section order

I can add a new section to a bundle. This section get’s added to the top as that is where the “add section” button lives:

In the bundle I can change the order of the sections by dragging them, so I drag the new section to the bottom of the bundle, as that is where I want the section to be added.

I would expect that within (unsorted) projects with this bundle the new section would be added at the bottom, yet it gets added to the top.

As sections often reflect chronological project phases I would expect to be able to force a specific section order from within the bundle.

We raised this with the PM in charge and they said it was expected behaviour I believe

Great feedback @Jan-Rienk, I’ll share it with our team. Hopefully that’s something we can improve in the future!

That sounds odd to me. I don’t see the point of being able to set the section order in the bundle if it doesn’t get pushed to the projects.

@Arthur_BEGOU do you remember the exact reasoning?

@Jan-Rienk , I completely agree with this logic and would very much like to see it become the expected behaviour. So do some of my clients, who were also disappointed when they found out this was not the case.

In my opinion, this is a serious bug and should not be considered as expected behavior. With current logic, bundles make less meaning and are less useful. Hope this bug will be fixed soon!
