One of the most intriguing things about Asana for me was not just automating workflow, but improving it. The best tip that I can give for anyone looking to create a workflow, is give the people that will be clicking “complete” an opportunity to identify and propose solutions to their own frustrations to the current procedure. Figuring out what works or doesn’t work about a process before automating it not only makes the workflow more efficient, but increases the odds of adoption by the entire team! You might even consider use of an Asana form to collect this information
