Import to custom fields in a portfolio

Hello!

I have a portfolio that contains a couple custom fields. I would like to be able to import data into those fields using a csv import. Is this possible?

I know that it is possible to import into custom fields on a project level and I’m hoping I can do the same thing at a portfolio level. One of the fields is Gross Profit % and so is not really appropriate at a task level in a project as it is relevant to the entire project.

Hello @Kim_S - At this time, you are unable to import into a portfolio. I will move this to our English Forum > Product Feedback so that other users can vote on this feature.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I’m not sure I understand what you are describing. My field is currently a number field, this allows for the portfolio grouping to average the results per project manager (how we currently have them grouped). It is not appropriate at a task level as Gross Profit and Labor Percent Complete apply to the project level.

I’m very sorry, @Kim_S. I somehow misunderstood your request, although you wrote it up clearly! Ignore my suggestion because it really doesn’t apply. In fact, to avoid further confusion I just deleted my earlier post in this thread.
