A really great post. I have been collecting my certifications, but haven’t had time to put them out there yet. This is a good motivator. Thank you!
Love the narwhal costume!
Asana Foundations equipped me to help teams create real efficiencies, improve visibility, and collaborate more effectively across functions.
Somewhere along the way, I earned the nickname Asana Guru, and I’m excited to keep adding skills to my toolbelt to truly live up to it.
Loved developing Asana workflow, customized fields, which in turn supported team to enhance process efficiency ![]()
My colleagues frequently consult me on Asana functionality, which has positioned me as an informal champion for the tool within our team.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt more satisfied with my Asana skills than when I came back from maternity leave. My boss had been covering my project manager duties, and he told me, “I wasn’t going to put a project in Asana, but then I realized that the system you set up made it easier to put it in Asana than to work outside of it.” goals, amiright?
For me, it’s the “can you ask our Asana rep how to…” from folks all across my division, and being able to troubleshoot their questions for them. Hearing “wow you’re an Asana wizard!” is really rewarding.
We’re actively adopting Asana at my org and like many others noted previously, I’ve received many questions in trying to utilize and effectively run their department projects. Its been great for helping document our processes. ![]()
I feel like some signs for me are how much I enjoy inputting things in Asana or starting from scratch and helping someone figure out how to efficiently create processes, tasks, rules, & more! It’s always fun to figure out the best approach or workflow for a team or a specific project. ![]()
Also, my past year of Asana looked like this!
I love this! If we did more work in person I’d be stealing the Asana “Office Hours” Chair idea - but as a remote replacement, think I’ll bring back office hours in my calendar for anyone who wants to look at Asana together.
That’s a great idea! I think I’ll try that out, too!
I love using Asana for my 1:1 regular occurring meetings. It ensures I have everything in one place! It’s been a real game changer for me.
This is absolutely great information! Thank you, Ursula. I look forward to learning more about Asana so I can one day be looked at as my team’s Asana Queen ![]()
In the 2025 Asana Review, I’m the 2nd most active user ![]()
I love the idea of the chair! I just had someone in my office about an hour ago so I could help them set up a specific project, but I didn’t have another chair, lol!
I may not be the Team Asana Queen, but in my home office and my mind, I am!! For someone with ADHD, in which sparkly things distract, I keep myself organized much better than without Asana. It’s a god-send!! Thank you!

When you’re introduced to Asana for the first time, fall in love with it, become friends with the Super Admin for your company, and accidentally become an Admin in your own right… ![]()
Every new hire on the admin side of our org has a 15-30 minute session with me to orient and set them to Asana! (It’s not that onerous since I love Asana…and 15 minutes every month is well worth the lack of headaches down the line!)
The biggest sign for me, is I don’t do any tasks-even from my CEO-unless it is put in Asana WITH a deadline, an actionable task name and necessary context in the description. I will simply ask “Is it in Asana?” or “I didn’t notice it in Asana” and they all know what that means now!
I’m 3 months into Asana implementation, and my boss and I are amazed at how quickly we adopted it into our normal business flow. Looking forward to learning new things.
