I am wanting to link my priority column in Asana to Instagantt, the instructions in Instagantt seem straight forward but I cannot get it to work. Can someone please help? If you have video instructions or pictures that would be really helpful.

Hi Emily, can you help as with this type of needs since we are looking a solution using “instagantt” app but it will be easier if Asana provides a full experience for users needs.

IMO:
I understand the request, but it is highly unlikely Asana will look on this favorably. Your results will be better if you just run some structured troubleshooting yourself, and use the Instagantt documentation, rather than waiting for Asana to help. Also be clear as to what you expect the custom field to do or how it will behave in Instagantt - if anything other than just sit there. Good luck!

Asana doesn’t support third-party apps unless they wrote the integration; they really can’t, as they don’t have access to the code or other resources of the third parties. It’s the responsibility of third-parties to support our own integrations. You’ll need to contact Instagantt for any needed help with their integration to Asana.
