Does anyone know an integration to send text messages from Asana? I’m all about automation and integrations, and we created a pretty cool sales process that starts with an Asana form and then triggers a bunch of actions depending on the stage. The only problem is that we’re only able to send automated emails from Asana right now, but it would be a game changer if we could also send text messages.
You need to collect their [Phone] number in a custom field as well as their [Carrier]'s name.
From there you will need another custom field [Gateway] that will update based on their carrier. Verizon’s [Gateway] for example is @vtext.com
Use rules to update [Gateway] based on their [Carrier] selection.
@Karla_Rubio1 - welcome to the forum! If you use a provider like Twilio, you could consider a prebuilt integration (or if you have developers, write one). If you don’t and have high volume of messages each month, you might consider onboarding a service like that.
