I’m looking for a way to report on tim spent in specific dropdowns of a custom field. Currently i have the chart set up as with the x axis as status (this is the custom field). see the image below for details. i don’t think this chart is displaying properly, because for example, may of the statuses have a 0 value. is there a way to see the data more closely. ie can i see for a specific task how long it has lived in a custom status?
Hi @jeremy_webb1 , you need to change your Y-axis (instead of Time to complete) to Time spent in custom field instead and select your field by searching in the list.
Ah that makes sense. thanks for the quick response. follow up - when i search for my custom field in the time spent in custom field dropdown, it doesn’t show up. an thoughts on how to get it there?
