Hi @howdytom, thanks for reaching out! As it stands, two-factor authentication doesn’t support backup codes. If you have any issues logging in with 2FA once it’s been enabled, please contact our support team following these steps: How to contact our Support Team.
Alternatively, if you are part of an Enterprise Organization, your Admin can disable two-factor authentication, so that you can gain back access to your account if you lose your device.
