As alternatives, you could use tags. Or emojis in the name. Or place them into sections or columns. Or even write priority in the task name.

Has this process changed?
When I click on the customize button, it no longer looks like the article screen shots. I want to add a priority field but I see only three options and the the option add a new “rule”.

@anon23352771 are you in My Tasks? That view does not have the ability to show fields yet.
