I’m honestly not sure what to think of that.
I could see the sense in adding rules to a central project to create what I call a “poor man’s bundle”, but thats also something for which you’d probably simultaneously want to restrict access to people that know what they are doing AND mitigate the bus-factor.

Either way, if you are considering Enterprise I’d advise you to read my article about bundles, as - to me - it’s the biggest selling point of Enterprise in it’s ability to mitigate the dangers of redundancy.
