I’d love the ability to create multiple Home views and switch between them.
Different days and different contexts call for different information. As a team leader, my Monday morning priorities look nothing like my Friday wrap-up. Right now, there’s one Home layout, and it has to serve every situation. That means it ends up being a compromise that doesn’t serve any situation particularly well.
Being able to set up multiple views and switch between them would fix this. For example:

A “Monday standup” view focused on team workload and overdue items

A “weekly planning” view with upcoming timelines and capacity

A “client check-in” view with project statuses and milestones
A tab bar or dropdown selector at the top of Home would be enough. Nothing fancy; just the ability to save and switch between different widget configurations so Home can adapt to whatever you’re focused on at any given time.
