Google Sheet sync question -

hi, I am using the Asana google sync feature to get data from many projects into a google sheet. This data is in shown in “Live source data” sheet. This data is not very user friendly so I created a new sheet “Synced Local Copy” which essentially copies over only the columns that matter using lookup functions. I added two additional columns in my “Synced Local Copy” that is used for review and take notes. There are internal business processes that don’t allow us to add these columns to the original Asana tickets.

I notice that the data in my Google sheet changes there by causing a mismatch in the row I took notes for the tickets causing my review session notes to be out of sync with the tickets I took those notes on.

My question: at what frequency is Google Sheet sync pulling in the data? Is there any deterministic order in which new tickets (that match my search query) get added? For example are they added at the bottom?
