Currently, if I have a set of goals and sub-goals, each one of them must be shared separately - i.e., I must open every goal and sub-goal separately to share with individuals or groups. It’s very tedious, particularly in a large org with different sets of goals and sub-goals for the year.
Request: Allow bulk assignment of goals and automatic assignment of all sub-goals the same sharing permissions as the parent goal.
Hi @Daniel_Cohen-Vogel , if it helps, you could share your gola with entire teams rather than individual people. And, if appropriate, you could simply change your Goal privacy visible to the entire Org instead of Private.
Thanks. Our need is for many different team members to be able to add information, link subtasks, change progress percentage. Percentage. It appears the only way to do that is to go to each goal and sub-goal individually and share to add edit permissions. Is that correct?
