I have a project with Estimated Time set for each task, and an assignee for each task. Can Asana forecast that out and tell me the estimated wait time / start date for each task?

I’m afraid estimated time is not used for that purpose by Asana.
The closest feature I can think of is the use of Dependencies and date shifting while in Timeline view.
Also, the third-party flowsana.net app provides strong functionality in this area too.
