Filter by Collaborators and People Fields

Hello everyone!

We are a marketing team that tracks they work by people - tasks, responsibilities, where I am included.

So we use all the possible fields that can add a person somewhere:

• Team & Project member - for people involved in a project
• People field - for people responsible for specific assignment in a project
• Collaborators - for people involved in specific assignment
• Subtasks Assignees - for operational tasks in the assignments
• We have Collective projects where we track all our work (Asignments and Tasks)

We track our work in various fields and data, but the people ones are crucial.

So I am sharing an idea:

At the moment in projects

• we can filter and set a “Me dynamic” option only in Assignees
• we can filter by People field - without the “Me dynamic” option
• we can’t filter by Collaborators

So my suggestion is this - Do you think it would be useful to upgrade the filtering of the People field and Collaborators to the level of Assignees, so everyone in the team can track where they are involved and what they need to track for Weekly/Monthly meetings for example. That way they will not overwhelm with all the information in the pipeline.

View for Tasks where I'm a collaborator (under My Tasks and Projects)

I am missing a view for all tasks where I’m a collaborator on. I know that there is the custom report function which is a reasonably good solution. However, I’d find it much more intuitive if you could add a switch/filter to show tasks where you are a collaborator in “My Tasks”. Or in an additional view. Me (dynamic) as filter for people field

The "Dynamic Me" filter functionality is great. [image] For reference projects we use different people fields to indicate different relationships to the things the tasks represent. It would be handy if I could create/save tabs dynamically filtered by these people fields, as it would allow them to select a tab automatically filtered by the field indicating they have this relationship.
