Email domain

Can I add another email domain to my account without replacing the Admin domain? I have 2 email domains within my company, when I add team members from a different domain than mine, they I cannot give them permissions to make Teams, only projects.

@lpb is correct there, our support team can get this done for you! To speed up the process, make sure to have the Admin of your Organization reaching out to support as the team will need the Admin green lights before they can add a second email domain to your Organization!

Simply tell your Admin to follow these steps :slight_smile:

  1. Access asana.com/support
  2. Select “I’m having trouble with”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Let’s chat”
  4. Fill up the form and Send
