Disable user invites to Asana after SSO is enabled

We’ve recently enabled SSO as the only authentication option for logging into our Asana Enterprise workspace. A pesky behaviour we’ve found since doing so is the “Invite to Asana” feature members can use to invite additional domain users. Essentially it leads to frustration from both the inviters and invitees as it is effectively broken until IT has assigned the user the Asana app in our IdP (Okta).

We use a SaaS management product where staff are able to request access to tools in our tech stack and have it auto-provisioned in Okta/the app after approval which works for most of our tools however with this “invite to Asana” button remaining we continue to run into this issue.

Asana, please update the “Membership & Invites” section to include functionality to disable this feature, or alternatively build it into the SSO authentication settings as it is effectively broken as a result.
