Hello asana people! Not sure if I was just part of a test group, but there was a wonderful update to inbox that allowed me to change how inbox notifications were displayed. To the right of the sort feature, there was an option to change density to compact. This is different from the universal density setting and was only applied to inbox. This literally revolutionized my inbox workflow and allowed me to get through inbox messages so much quicker - but now it’s gone! Does anyone else still have this feature? How can I get it back? ![]()
I can’t recall, but maybe that was an A/B test?
If so, the test period is limited, then the results are analyzed, and it might return if the test went well or was promising. I’m afraid there isn’t anything you can do to change it, though you could add a new English Forum > Product Feedback topic and vote for it.
Thanks,
Larry
Thanks for the insight @lpb , hoping they bring it back after reviewing the results! I can’t see why they wouldn’t on the front end since it’s a setting you can disable. But maybe there’s something more to the back end that I’m not catching.
Thanks again,
Alyssa
I’m in the same boat as OP. I was very happy to discover the feature, which was not labeled with “beta”, “experimental”, or anything like that; and very surprised and disappointed to see it suddenly disappear. Please bring it back!
Please add this, it was awesome!
