Hi! I am curious to find out whether or not I can create an inventory project. I included a screen shot. I need to have the quantity column multiplied by the Price Per Unit to get the inventory value

Currently that is not possible yet in Asana.
But have a look here as Bastien can probably help with what you are trying to achieve
