Copy/paste to Microsoft Office, Slack, other apps: Bullets --> Numbered

It’d be great if you could fix the formatting when copying and pasting from Asana into Microsoft Word or Outlook.
Currently, bulleted lists copied from Asana get pasted into Word or Outlook as numbered lists, requiring all sorts of reformatting work.

@Liohn_Sherer - agree 100%, make sure you upvote your suggestion (I just did). For context, this is something another user reported previously (I think the topic may have been closed out for now) and the Asana team is aware. It’s because of how they format lists specifically in their UI.

This is a VERY ANNOYING issue. I deal with this all the time too as i paste in to google docs or evernote. This would be a huge value add if they fix it. I’m the CEO of a company with 20 employees and we all use asana so it would be making our lives much easier for sure!

I was coming here to suggest this enhancement as well. Our teams at a very large healthcare center are trying to integrate more and more with Asana and cut out some other note taking tools. However, if we cannot copy and paste the formatted notes taken within Asana into an email to share out with the team, I need to continue using an additional tool. Please review and update this functionality!

Same thing for Slack

Each time I have a list in a task in Asana and I want to share it in a Slack message, the formatting gets killed.

Especially true to bulleted lists - no indentation, bullets become numbers - have to manually re-format.

Are there solutions to fix that? Or is it basic incompatibility of formatting between Slack and Asana?
