Convert Task to Project Not Working

I’ve been using the functionality to convert Tasks to Projects for the past year or so. Simply click the 3 dots for additional options on a Task and then choose to Convert to Project.

In the past 24-48 hours, this functionality has stopped working. I’ve rebooted multiple times. I’ve tried in both Windows desktop app and the browser version in Chrome.

I tried to resolve by chatting w/ Asana’s AI chatbot w/out any resolution. Just looped in circular advice w/out helping or fixing anything.

Help!!!

@Michael_Smith16 When you went through the chatbot for help, did it create a support ticket for you? If not, go to https://help.asana.com/s/get-support then scroll down a bit and click “Chat now” and explain to the chatbot the details and explicitly say you would like to create a support ticket.

I’m still experiencing this problem.
