Consolidate/Clean AI teammate memory?

Hi,

I have a question for the community regarding AI Teammate" Memory", which is a specific block you can find on the Teammate profile page.

I’m wondering if we should clean up and consolidate an AI Teammate memory on a regular basis.

I know that this is something we don’t think about when using chats like ChatGPT, but when it comes to AI Teammate (and assuming they will use AI Studio credits), I want to make sure they don’t use too many credits to load their internal memory OR re-apply decisions I made in the past that weren’t “global decisions”.

Because my experience is that the teammate would sometimes keep in memory something that was used for a specific question, not something that I want applied every single time.

For example, I recently had a discussion with a teammate asking for branding suggestion on something, and the teammate kept in memory what I liked or didn’t like, which means every time it will answer on any other topic, it will load that data in order to answer.

Based on my experience with another AI app, I’d imagine it’s important to schedule a reminder to do this regularly in Asana as with others.

Although AI Teammates are unique, they bear some similarity to other AI features that they call (depending on the app) Spaces, Projects, Gems, etc. I was surprised when I reviewed the memory snippets it kept; not what I would want always!
