I wasn’t sure who to ask for help, so I’m writing here.
I’d like an explanation of “AI Studio Basic credits per billing account per month.”
Is the following concept correct?
1- What is the total credits available each month?
- Example: “Starter: 50,000” * “10 accounts” = 500,000 credits
2- Are credits used per user who executes the rule, rather than the user who created it?
- Creator: Mr. A = 0 credits
- Executor: Mr. B = 5,000 * 10 times = 50,000 credits
- Executor: Mr. C = 5,000 * 5 times = 25,000 credits
- Total credit usage this month = 0 + 50,000 + 25,000 = 75,000 credits

@Ka_Nishiyama This is per billing account, so it is one pot for all users. All executions of the rules combined, regardless of who triggers it.
Consumption can be checked in the admin console.

I see.
So that’s what it means.
“Per billing account” = contract unit ≒ Usually per domain

I’d like to see the usage but currently only IT has admin access - is there an admin ‘light’ role that could be assigned for someone to have access to usage? Also, how granular is usage of credits possible to monitor in free vs pro AI bundles?

Hi @Simon_Koekkoek , you can click into a rule’s history, in the top right within the rule’s editor. You will then be able to see how many credits were consumed each time the rule ran.
Does that help?

From what I understand, it’s not possible to restrict the use of AI-Studio (creation, editing, use, etc.) at this time. Just like it’s not possible to restrict the creation of rules.
AI-Studio consumes a surprising amount of credits.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there was some kind of restriction function?
