I think this indicator is confusing.
Used 12 days ago sounds like it was the last time the template was used.
It appears to mean You've used this 12 days ago
As it seems easily confused with This template was last used 12 days ago people might get the wrong idea about how actively the template is being used.
For optimal clarity I would propose to add both metrics, which in my case would translate to:
Template was last used Today
You've last used this template 12 days ago
