When sharing a project to a user/team, “notify new members about joining this project” and “send project updates and messaged” are checked by default.
Same goes for Goals, “Notify new members about joining this goal”
It would be ideal if these options are not selected by default. If you forget to uncheck those, you end up with a bunch notifications
