When I click on the drop-down arrow / menu next to ‘Add Task’ in order to add a Section, it simply says: ‘Cannot add section here’ and won’t allow me to write in the box… I am using a Mac. Could that be the problem? I have followed the instructions on adding a section – and it looks like it should be very straightforward!

That message could be a little more helpful!
To add sections again, Change Group by to Custom sections and then try again:
