Cannot upload attachments on Asana Desktop App

I have been facing this issue for the past 2 days … I’m able to upload elsewhere with my laptop with no issues. Asana connectivity tests were not successful.




I have no issues attaching files on desktop on my end. Best thing to do would be to contact support.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems uploading attachments to Asana. This might be related to an issue we had yesterday, which has since been resolved, but if you are still experiencing problems, @Jan-Rienk is correct—our Support team is the best point of contact as they have tools to dig into this further. :blush:

Yes, I believe this was due to the system down yesterday. I had issues with forms being submitted but all is resolved.

Sorry to hear that, @Mathina_Maideen. Unfortunately, our tools to troubleshoot this kind of issue here in the Forum are limited. Please reach out to our Support team and share this screenshot with them. Also, mention the troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken to save you some time.

To expedite your submission with the chatbot, you can type “speak to an agent” straight away. The bot will then only ask you a couple of questions to make sure your case is routed to the appropriate team. :blush:

Just an update - issue seems to have resolved. I am able to upload now.
