I cannot drag and drop an attachment to new comment section like below.
I tested on macOS/Chrome, macOS/DesktopApp, Windows/Chrome, and Windows/DesktopApp but nothing seems to be working.
It looks like working only when I upload the file via ‘attachment’ button.
