Bullet List Formatting Doesn't Save in Mobile

Hello! When I create a bullet list in a task in desktop and save, it saves the formatting correctly, but then when I save the task in mobile, the bullet formatting doesn’t save correctly.

HI @Courtney_Bigony, sounds like you’re having some syncing issues with your mobile.

  1. Can you confirm if this is happening both when you’re using your mobile data and a Wifi network?
  2. Have you tried to re-install your app? If not, can you give this a go?

If I delete and reinstall my app will I lose my data?

I don’t think so, but just wanted to double check.

Checking in again as I’m having the same formatting issues on mobile again (even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app).

I also submitted a support ticket.
