@Courtney_Waterbury, You can definitely do this, just have a look at How to Use Asana Project Templates | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide and recognize that, although your template will contain absolute dates for tasks, they will be considered relatively when instantiating new projects from the template, in one of the flexible approaches as described in the help.
