Hi there- I have been tasked with building out dashboards within various projects that are shared amongst our leadership team. They are looking for a quick place to reference who is on track with their tasks and who is falling behind. What Best practices would you suggest to build out dashboards for team accountability?

I don’t think I’d do that with dashboards within the various project as you mention, based on what it sounds like you’re looking for.
I’d instead use Universal Reporting (Reporting in the left sidebar) to create one Leadership Dashboard there and make them members.
Start by adding a first chart, maybe start with the recommended ones. If helpful, keep it and add another; if not, adjust it until it is; repeat. Exhaust the recommended ones first. Then try sketching ones that might get at the presentations that would address the need, then try to construct them on your own by trial and error; it’s very easy to iterate quickly and build up a complete dashboard.
