Best approach for Github + Asana automatic linking

Hello,

We recently added Github integration and used the following guide to add comments to tasks.

Comments on the Asana task are written as the authenticated Asana user who generated the secret token following the guide.

Is it possible to change the comment/attachment person, as the integrator might not want to have comments posted from their account?

Maybe there are some tips how to improve this, like creating a technical Asana account just for this Github linking purpose?

Yes, that’s it! That’s the exact workaround to having it “improperly” attributed.
