Asana's support is not available - there is no way to contact any support in any channel

Hi @Yusuf_Hasanogullari and @TreeStory_Admin, apologies for the trouble contacting Support.

Some users are currently running into an authentication error when trying to log into our new Help Center. We’ve shared more details in this post where we explained that our team is actively working on a fix.

In the meantime, please kindly use these workaround solutions to get in touch with Support:

  • Option 1: Access our Help Center in an incognito browser window and start the chat via the button at the bottom right without logging in. This way, you will not run into the authentication issue that is still in the process of being fixed.
  • Option 2: If incognito mode doesn’t work on your end, please use this temporary form to submit your request to our Support team.

@TreeStory_Admin to clarify the email address support@asana.com has been deprecated and is no longer monitored. Any new messages sent there receive an automated reply with instructions on how to reach Support through the current channels.

Please note that Support is currently experiencing a high volume of requests, so it’s taking longer than usual to get a reply, but our agents are working hard to get back to all users as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience!
