Asana will not let me add a section when I click on "Add Section"

Whenever I click on “Add Section” under my tasks in Asana, nothing happens (a blank field for me to create a new section doesn’t not appear). I have tried everything including logging out and refreshing the page and I am still unable to add any sections.

Do you have Group by set to None, like this?

Try setting Group by to Custom sections and no sort and see if that takes care of the problem.
