Asana Release Notes May 2020

Hi folks,

Here are our release notes for the month of May:

  • New project status builder : The new project status builder makes it easy to create rich, repeatable, actionable status updates and share your work with key stakeholders. Drag and drop Highlights such as completed milestones or overdue tasks into your status update to help tell your story. Learn more about project status updates
  • Multiple divisional admins : Divisions may now have more than one admin, and division admins no longer need to be a member of every team. Learn more about the admin console here.

As usual, you can find all our previous release notes here. If you’ve any questions, feel free to post them in our #tipsandtricks category and don’t make sure to log any feedback you may have in the #productfeedback category!

Happy Wednesday to you all!

@Marie,

Both divisional admins changes are new to me here and both helpful to clients–thanks!

Thank you for the updates. Can you provide a bit more information about Divisional admins, since the page you referred to is not providing any additional details yet.

Hi @Myroslav_Opyr, the latest update allows you to have multiple admins for one Division. And unlike befire, Admins don’t need to be members of all the teams included in your Division. If you have any questions specific to your account, I’d recommend reaching out directly to our support team!
