Hi folks,
Looking for a solution for the following problem. I created the Outlook-Asana connection and creating tasks from emails is done very easily. However, after the task has been created in Asana, it is shown as plain text. This is not a problem, however hyperlinks are shown as plain text as well, hence it is not a clickable link.
Does anyone have the same issue and/or have a solution to this problem?

This is the current expected experience. I understand this is not ideal so I’ve gone ahead and moved your post to the #productfeedback category for the time being to give you and other community members an option to vote for this feature!

One more request for the Outlook add-in - can it please preserve links in the text of an email when added to an Asana task? Atm any links becomes plain text and have to be copy-pasted into the web browser, which is a bit irritating.

Hi all, in our recent testing it does seem that links are hyperlinked in outlook emails now (yay!) but we’re experiencing an odd thing where the hyperlink works in outlook desktop app but not outlook in the browser. Any one else experiencing this - or any solutions??
