Hello @i.lagou , I am unable to reproduce this issue on my end. Often such problems occur when the phone isn’t updated to the latest version. Can you please check if you have installed the latest iOS/Android update?

Hi , They uninstall and reinstall the app . So they have the latest version. I don’t for all of them but some of them have the latest updates.

We noticed that the issue appears when we want to go from parent tasks to subtasks. We can’t see the subtasks. The app closes suddenly.

We all have the same issue , about 300 users. Very strange that we are the only ones with this problem.
