I have been trying to integrate asana data into Tableau, was successfully able to connect to it using the WDC.
However i observed that the data is not updating nor m i able to refresh the data.
Is it something that i might be missing with regards to the way data from asana can be refreshed.

I am currently have the same problem with not being able to run a scheduled refresh. The WDC has been white-listed per Tableau admin.

Hi Brock, did you ever find a solution to refresh data extracts from Asana using the Tableau Web Data Connector? I am using the same server name and port and am not able to connect to the server.

Please note Tableau now only supports WDC (Web Data Connector) 3.0. Asana only has WDC version 2.0 and has no plans to upgrade. Therefore, if you are on a newer Tableau version with only WDC 3.0 you are likely out of luck using Asana’s WDC and need to move 3rd party for a connector or use Power BI instead of Tableau. Just found this out this week after 2+ years of asking Asana lol.
