We currently have Asana Advanced licenses. Since SSO for Microsoft is not yet rolled out, we are interested in having our users setup MFA. But since we currently have almost 60 users, and they need to enable this individually with our license level, is there a way to tell if they have enabled this in the Admin Console or some type of report?
We need an easy way to tell who has implemented it and who would still be outstanding until we get 100% compliance.
Hi @Kim_S https://help.asana.com/s/article/two-factor-authentication?language=en_US#gl-admin should bring you to the “Two-factor authentication” article and under “2FA admin reset” you’ll see to view who has MFA enabled you would need to have
Asana Enterprise and Enterprise+ tiers, as well as legacy tier Legacy Enterprise.

Unfortunately, you’d currently have to reach out to each user or have them provide some sort of proof that they have MFA enabled, and even then, I’d be hard pressed and to inform each user that you won’t have the ability to reset/disabled their MFA without Asana support.
