We want to use AI Studio but it is hosted in USA. Is it possible or planed that it will be hosted in Europe in the future?

Hi Denny! We do have a new Getting Started with AI Studio live training available in the EU that might work for you! We’d love to invite you to join one of these sessions for hands-on guidance and tips from our trainers. You can also check out a recent local event recording from a few months ago to see what’s covered and get a feel for the session here. yes I was in one of that live trainings. That´s why wrote in the Forum. With AI Studio hosted in Europe I mean where our data not only is saved. I mean also the way witch server would work with our data. In the live session the trainer said that our data will be flow to server in amerika. Ist that true or only server in europe will work with our data?

ja, ich war bereits in einem der Trainings zu AI Studio. Das ist der Grund, weshalb ich den Eintrag im Forum erstellt habe. Im Training wurde mir gesagt, dass unsere Daten, die ausschließlich in Europa liegen sollten, dann mit AI Studio auf Servern in Amerika verarbeitet würden. Da wir das aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht dürfen, dürfen wir auch AI Studio nicht verwenden, solange das der Fall ist. Daher auch die Frage, ob in Zukunft geplant ist, dass unsere Daten von AI Studio in Europa verarbeitet werden.

This can be done with Data residency, which is either included in Enterprise+, or as an add-on for Enterprise.

Asana AI’s partner-powered features share relevant customer data with our AI partners. Our AI partners’ servers are generally located in the United States but customers who have chosen the European Union for their Data Residency settings will have their data processed on servers located in the EU.
Note : The data residency feature does not change any aspects of Asana other than the data at rest storage location in Amazon Web Services.
