AI Status Updates

Hi All,

When doing AI Status updates I am finding that it will not read into subtasks. In my prompt I am asking it to outline tasks and subtasks upcoming but it isn’t stating the subtasks.

Is this expected behaviour?

(sorry I initially merged your topic with another one but I realised they are different).

If you mention here the feature “Smart Status”; I believe that the subtasks are well taken into account.

Though, what can happen is that sometimes the size of the context is too large (too many projects or tasks to take into account). When that’s the case, some tasks or subtasks might not be in the scope of your result.

I would suggest to :

  • Reduce the size of the Context (if the project is too large, could you use multihoming to create a smaller version of it, in parallel?)
  • Try the feature "Smart Chat / AI Chat" that sometimes works better than the “Smart Status”
  • Try AI Teammates) who have a much larger size of context.
