AI drafted project Status Update doesn't include completed tasks

Hi,

This is a weird situation, I was pretty sure the AI drafted project Status Update were looking at everything, but when I use the following prompt, it only shares updates about incomplete tasks. Any task we completed during that meeting are excluded from the report. Any idea why?

A meeting took place using this project has an agenda. Provide a status update detailing all the topics that were discussed, including the conclusions.

Be very specific, the output should be a list of tasks mentioned followed by the conclusion that was posted as a comment.

Do not add any intro or outro.

Looks like the following prompt does include both, but is missing some tasks

I guess that’s just a question of finding the right prompt…
