Hi @Matthew_L_Alexander and welcome to the Forum! Just to add to what @Sebastien_Levesque said, you can also invite them directly at the Team or Project level. Hope this helps!

Hi, I’m a solo designer, and just started using Asana over the weekend. I think I messed up because I created and invited 2 separate clients to collaborate with their specific projects in Asana, and they’ve told me they can see all the info of my other clients, which could be disastrous! How do I collaborate with clients with JUST their own projects? My goal is to have a structure as follows:
CLIENT A
-Project 1
----task 1
-Project 2
----task 1
----task 2

CLIENT B
-Project 1
----task 1
----task 2
----task 3
-Project 2
----task 1
----task 2

I’m having a hard time creating this kind of hierarchy…
Thanks in advance!
Markus

Hi Marcus,

You can approach this in many ways.

  1. You can create a team for each client and invite the client as guest member on the team. This way they will see all public projects in the team.
  1. You can create a team for each client, create projects there only for this client, but give access on per project basis.

  2. Another way is to have a team “Projects” and have all customer projects there. You will need to give access project by project to your customers.
