"Add to portfolio" from project view

Adding projects to portfolios should be easier to enable the more frequent updating of them:

  1. Allow users to drag projects from the sidebar into portfolios
  2. Allow users to add projects to portfolios from the project. Just like you can move the project to another team, you should be able to add it to portfolios from that same menu.
